We want you to love your limited-edition rolling tote; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the item you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the tote for original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
